Allowed Email Domains

Manage the list of user email address domains that are allowed to sign into Visier.

Overview

Add or remove email domains from the allowlist of domains that can sign into Visier. Single sign-on users are not impacted by the email domains allowlist.

By updating the allowed email domains list, you may remove or not include your own email domain in the allowlist. If this happens, you will lock yourself out from signing into Visier with your username and password. If you are an SSO user, you can still sign in with SSO.

Add email domains to the allowlist

All users who sign into Visier with a username and password must have an email address with one of the specified domains.

  1. In the global workspace, on the navigation bar, click Settings > Email Domains.
  2. Type a trusted email domain and click Add.
  3. When finished, click Save.

Remove email domains from the allowlist

  1. In the global workspace, on the navigation bar, click Settings > Email Domains.
  2. In the list of allowed email domains, hover over the domain you want to remove and click the Delete button .
  3. When finished, click Save.
